And now try kde-workspace, kde-runtime and marble at the output. :)

plasma-framework is pretty much done WRT kde4support, that is not news. It's 
about more than just this module. Especially the config modules are broken to 
some degree right now, since they're using KLocale and not QLocale, which 
means they're setting up a system which isn't used anymore.
