Yes, at least as far as the tasks engine in Plasma 2 works, I think it 
doesn't. (That'd then be the first thing to fix.)

For this you need kdelibs[frameworks], plasma-framework[master] and kde-
workspace[frameworks-scratch], optionally (two more wallpaper plugins) 
kdeplasma-addons[frameworks-scratch] and plasma[frameworks-scratch] for the 
engineexplorer.
