It looks a bit too wide ranged or unfocused for me.
The proposal starts a rather unspecific Plasma work item but then switches to
an IMHO unrelated Edu documentation context, then to a artist? context and
then back to Plasma again.
All those are most likely valid topics on their own, i am just not sure about
combining them that way.
But you should also check with Lydia or Myriam who have a better understanding
of the requirements for OPW.
