Which settings should go in the settings dialog of a Plasmoid?

that was my thinking as well.
until i took an arrow to the knee.
no. wait. until i watched people using it.
i think what needs to be made clear in such situations is that these settings
are global. can be done in the case of the clock with System Time or some such
naming.
