Right now pastebin use "kde.org" as the name of pastebin server. It confuse some people, see Bug 307094.

Change the dataengin name is easy. But after change the name in .desktop, I found the default text service changed to pastebin provided by ubuntu. 

This patch will make pastebin always use paste.kde.org if it exist. After it get in, I will change the service name to "paste.kde.org" in another commit.
