I often throw the mouse against the top edge to grab a max'ed window. How 
would you differentiate between "grabbing a max'ed window" and "triggering 
opening of krunner"?

Support maybe, but as default that sounds too intrusive to me (and my usual 
behaviour), I might be biased though.
