Bug component for lockscreen?

with bugs going back to 2010 - that's exactly what I meant with I wouldn't 
reuse the existing product/component as it's for the legacy locker which is 
still available. I think it should be a dedicated component. Otherwise 
triaging and fixing bugs will become difficult.
