Bug component for lockscreen?

Hi all,

a bug [1] for the new lock screen just hit KWin and I somehow did not know 
where to reassign it to. I thought ksmserver/ui would make sense, but that 
assigned the bug to Lubos - which doesn't make much sense for the lock screen.

Is there already a component for it? If yes which one? If not, what about 
adding a new "lock screen" component to ksmserver and make Marco and/or me the 
default assignee? I don't think we should use kscreenlocker as that is about 
the old X screen savers.

On the same topic: with ksmserver/ui I assume the lock-out screen is meant, 
which should probably have Lamarque as default assignee?
