Where are the freezes?

Sry, I didn't really think of that before commit. Is there some reason why we 
don't have a KDE/4.9 branch? This is quite confusing to me, because I thought 
master is always for development.

However the plasmoid is fairly trivial. But if you insist on it, I can revert 
my change, too.
