i did the two things: a confirm dialog and animations, so at least should be 
now without regressions.

it should be merged asap because freeze is on 3rd. can you do it either today, 
or i can do it as well?

using ksmserver would be prettier indeed and it should still be tried, but at 
this point is for 4.10 or so (for reason of the freeze)
it should be either of:
a) a new dbus method for ksmserver
b) a new shutdown type for kworkspace
