as what should be the content of the meeting:

it should be about methodology: there is obviously a problem in how issues are 
dealth with.
what i hope for the meeting is to come out about an agreed procedure on how to 
deal with when there is a disagreement about a particular thing, in the end 
accepted conditions where one says "i still don't agree, but i'll accept the 
decision"


to be clear, there shouldn't be personal issues discussed there, since is a 
public discussion.
there may be some, but if it is the case they should be solved in private
