Uploading the patch again, hopefully fixing the viewing issue.


Description
-------

Right now when you move the scrollbar handle at the end (bottom if it's vertical scrollbar) and click the scrollbar down arrow/press the down key, the view continues to move up, which results in the content going outside of the view.

This patch prevents this from happening.
