Changes
-------

Fixed the pastebin applet so that works on the desktop and in the panel.
The minimum size for the rectangle has to be 33x33, otherwise a smaller icon (16x16) is selected in iconSize()

A big thank you to annama for helping me fix this one!


Description
-------

This fixes the minimum size of the following applets: showdashboard, systemloadviewer, pastebin, weatherstation and timer.
Some sizes were to small, so there were visual glitches and some applets had no minimum value set.

I have no commit rights.
