where to place a new plasma theme

i'm interested in creating a new plasma theme, which will just be
based off of Air except red (since i love red, and there are no red
themes on kde-look even).

if i want this to be in kde repos, where should i put it?

would making a folder called kdeplasma-addons/themes work? makes sense
to me, since themes are also addons in the same sense that plasmoids
can be.
