Wheel-scrolling would work anyway, and since this is a pretty much
mouse/keyboard exclusive piece of UI, it should be optimized for patterns
usually found with mice/keyboard. Being able to use the scrollwheel is pretty
essential, I don't think people really expect flickable behaviour in desktop
components.
Recap: The problem is that scrolling is hard right now, not that the flickable
doesn't work b/c of the drag feature.
Same goes for the activity switcher, of course.
