Description
-------

Makes plasmapkg aware of the KWin packages currently present in master or in the pipeline to be shortly supported. That is:
* window switcher (present in master)
* kwin effect (exists as review request)
* kwin script (exists on my hard disk)

Missing is decoration which I have not yet implemented. Will be added as another request.
