konsoleprofiles qml scrollbar failure

i've been completely unable to figure out how to get scrollbars
working properly. i had them working at first, but then the highlight
items were having trouble. so i redid it, and now that works great,
but scrollbars aren't working right.

any suggestions would be great, because i'm going bald trying to fix
