Ah, I didn't know about the qml version dnd, so here comes qml version drag and drop.

I tried to fix a little bug in kde-runtime DeclaritiveMimeData for the drop event, so for testing drop window from taskbar, please use git kde-runtime.

when porting to qml this feature lost. this add the feature back, code is mostly the old one, with some clean up
