move plasma tools to plasmate

There are app's like plasmate or lokalize that are big enough to be in a 
standalone repo.

Maybe we need a git repo with submodules pointing to each of the repos.

With something like that we will have the sourcecode organized but we will 
still be far from having a sdk.
