move plasma tools to plasmate

I have just pushed a new branch in plasmate named terietor/tools.

In this branch I have moved everything from
kde-workspace/plasma/generic/tools to plasmate/ .
(I haven't modified the kde-workspace repository)

I have created this branch in order to get more feedback about the move.
Is there anything that you don't like in this new branch?
