Plasma Applet empty config entrymap in init() but filled entrymap after init()

ah, plasmoidviewer. well, yes, then it is behaving precisely as intended: it 
loads the applet with no config, then loads the previous / old config. this is 
a way of helping developers ensure that their configChanged() method is indeed 
correctly implemented.
