Easy to fix data-loss bug (#270105) reported in April needs attention.

Understandable.  For the record, this behavior isn't unique to the a
particular widget -- it happens with all of them.  I used QuickLaunch
as an example because that's where it happened to me right before I
reported it, but I have lost settings data for widgets that are part
of the standard KDE distribution by accidentally clicking the wrong
context menu option and removing them from plasma bar.  Surely this
would be simple enough to at least confirm?
