tooltips in QML widgets

hi...

excuse my "laziness" on asking this instead of searching through the code in 
question. i've go too much on my plate today to spend time doing so, however, 
and i figure those who are working on the QML bindings will know immediately 
:)

the question is simple: how are Plasma style tooltips handled in QML?
