Review request for Plasma.


Changes
-------

I modified the directory architecture of created projects.

According to a discussion at the plasma-devel list,the directory will not be $plasmoid/$plasmoid/contents but $plasmoid/contents.
But this is becoming an issue regarding the dirs/files that plasmate creates(notes,.git,.plasmateprojectrc).

Anyways I modified the patch and i am waiting for more instructions.

P.S.:i changed the "NOTES" file to ".NOTES".

Hello,

for the moment the .plasmateprojectrc file exists as a mark for the projects created by plasmate.
We want the file to be created in the creation of the project not in the load of the project,the patch does that.
