Create new bugzilla components for the dataengines??

This is a very good reason for creating those bug components.

These days we don't have manpower or the will,in order to keep our
bugzilla clean.
But with QML rising and simplifying the "plasmoid" stuff (the barrier
for contributions will be smaller).
and with the appropriate promotion the current lack of love in our
bugzilla can change.
