Karma seems fine, though it must be fine grained. Given the mess I have received from other 
KDE developers, I doubt that "reported a useful bug against KMail" implies "will report useful 
bugs against Plasma".

And then there's the problem of the tool. I only know of Launchpad supporting Karma, but I doubt 
that Launchpad is any use for us (we are no distribution and don't use bazaar).
