plasma-mobile starts on boot up

Did you install the plasma-tablet-config or plasma-mobile config package at 
some point? In that case, it screwed with your /usr/share/autostart. To work 
around it, open plasma-mobile.desktop or plasma-tablet.desktop and change the 
Exec line to start plasma-desktop.
