this sort of thing probably belongs on bugs.kde.org rather than here; however, 
if you'd like to work on implementing this feature, patches are very welcome 
and the code is in kde-workspace/plasma/generic/applets/lock_logout/ ... it 
already supports configurable buttons, so it would simply be a matter of 
adding a couple more options.
