REQUIRED in kde-workspace

Hi, 

kde-workspace/plasma/generic/dataengines/akonadi
kde-workspace/plasma/generic/dataengines/calendar
kde-workspace/plasma/generic/dataengines/rss
have lines like
ind_package(KdepimLibs REQUIRED)
find_package(Boost REQUIRED)

I really doubt this code is so core that is really required so could anyone 
fix the CMakeLists.txt so the code is just skipped and you get a proper 
warning instead of borking people's compilations?
