questions about plasmoidviewer

i will start with the kickoff in order to become more familiar with the plasma 
code and after that certainly i will look at these page!:)

i didn't find anywhere something relative with the maintainer of the kickoff 
so i assume that there isn't one.

i have access to the bugzilla so i will do some triaging at the kickoff and 
hopefully to send some patches.
