QML plasmoids documentation

Hi all,
our good fregl started a wiki page about QML plasmoids development, here it is

I've already expanded it a bit, but much much more love is needed.
writing it, could also be a very good way to learn its api, so
everyone is encouraged to look at it and expand it where needed.
