	There are just API for org.freedesktop.UPower; in the API Solid's page a 
link referer to the official page of UPower.

Because using:
qdbus --system org.freedesktop.UPower 
/org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT1 
org.freedesktop.UPower.Device.EnergyRate
it's work but in the plasmoid source it doesn't work anymore...
