Hi Peter,
yes, there are working packages of Plasma mobile together with the KDE 
platform and quite a lot of software for it.
the repository is available at
http://repo.pub.meego.com/home:/mkruisselbrink%3a/kde/meego_1.1_core/home%3amkruisselbrink%3akde.repo

(for both i586 and arm)
be aware this is an heavily work in progress effort (and of course help is 
always welcome ;)
