GSOC 2011 QMLify widgets or something

Travis, we can talk about the qmlfying plasmoids, I want to get a SoC
with QML on it, so it's one more thing to learn,
one thing I was thinking, the Kopete interface could be all qmlfyed (
the nick list ).
