4.8.0 "Easy Jobs"

hi..

in addition to the possibly more difficult "critical issues" for 4.8.0, here is 
a list of bugs and issues i've collected that ought to be fairly easy to 
address and which would make great tasks for those looking for something easy 
but significant to do:

http://bugs.kde.org/256187 - don't read whole file into memory

http://bugs.kde.org/199811 - do some special casing for http urls in the icon 
plasmoid

http://bugs.kde.org/254861 - make sound in Bouncing Ball play quicker

http://bugs.kde.org/284459 - webslice does not accept geometry, note that 
geometry should not be used if there is a valid element in the settings


http://bugs.kde.org/288093 - the title information is missing for reason, 
likely due to something in the jobs display widget (e.g. it might only set the 
title on state changes? start / pause / stop)

http://bugs.kde.org/287027 - update favorites when ksycoca changes

http://bugs.kde.org/276542 - center plasmoids in hidden tray area

http://bugs.kde.org/278497 - respond to changes on disk of actions in notifier
add screen brightness information and settings service to powermanagement 
dataengine (see Battery::brightnessChanged and Battery::updateSlider in 
battery widget)

http://bugs.kde.org/256064: world clock plasmoid does not grow in the panel

http://bugs.kde.org/240198: take exiv2 code from kdeplasma-
addons/applets/frame/imageloader.cpp and add it to 
kdelibs/plasma/wallpaperrenderthread.cpp
