Plasma::Meter minimumSize needed?

Hello,

I've already posted a bug, but Aaron said, it's better to talk about it on the mailinglist. I think that Plasma::Meter needs a
minimumSize if labels are set... Otherwise this seems inconsistent to me, because a Plasma::Label has a minimumSize set (so you
can read the text).
