export the lib behind the widget explorer

i think you should stick with a ScrollWidget with an horizontal lyout of 
iconwidgets in it (or even copying pieces of the widget explorer)
it's a bit of duplicate code but better than exporting something that could be 
soon-to-be-thrown-away
