Actually ksysguard also uses MB by default here.
Personally I like MB more, simply because it is easier to see what a program uses as the numbers are smaller.

Maybe ideally would be to have it the same as in Dolphin. I.e. 437.5 M, 1.3 K, 214 B all at the same time.
