using "org.kde." prefixes to our plugin names

hi all...

in one of those "better late than never, right?" things: i'd like to see us 
pre-pend "org.kde." to all of the X-KDE-PluginInfo-Name= entries in our 
.desktop files for new plugins we ship, to avoid potential name collisions 
outside our little universe.
