[PATCH] Add option of adding new playlists to Plasma Media Center

Oh and I forgot to ask one more thing, I'm using Phonon with Gstreamer
backend as Alessandro told me to, and the video played in the Media
Player applet is really jittery and sluggish. Is it same everywhere,
or is it my system? I'm using Nvidia restricted drivers on Kubuntu.
If its the same everywhere, got to fix that too ;)
