Multiscreen and plasma-desktop

you need a dbus session for each x server. this does not get set up 
automatically, nor is there a standardized way of naming those session buses 
from what i understand.  it's a flaw in how the whole multi-x-server+dbus 
thing works currently, and since KUniqueApplication relies on the session bus 
to ensure only one instance of the app exists it fails. you can replicate this 
with any KUniqueApplication, btw.
