Plasma, popup applet and python

I've had mixed results. Extender based solutions work (see the example in 
kdeexamples) but approaches based on widget() or graphicsWidget() seem not to 
work at all.

I've got a patch floating, but as I have no clue if it works or not properly, 
I haven't committed it yet...
