My experience is that "new" queries (using the nepomuk KIO slave) take about 2 sec,
queries that have previously run (and are cached) are done in about 200ms.
That's measured on a 3 year old laptop with dual CPU, 2.5GB RAM, just to give you an
idea of the order of magnitude.
