4.5 polishing: remote widgets

hi..

another area of focus for me will be remote widgets. in particular:

* more announce methods (e.g. upnp, bluetooth support)

* ability to simply announce widget availability and send it over the network, 
not necessarily live but set up to use dataengines on the remote system (so 
not shared widgets like the current implementation, though that should also be 
an option)

* configuration sync

* work on automatic removal when the widget becomes unavailable

* integration in the widget explorer

and speaking of the widget explorer, work there is needed as well including:

* ensuring full names are visible

* finding a better solution than the tab widget for category selection

* creation performance improvements
