hi all..
i made some fairly simple but significant changes to the guts of the system
tray and the status notifier item engine. most importantly, it drops the cpu
usage of the system tray in many common cases dramatically. like all
optimizations, though, it can result in regressions. it's working like a champ
here, but if you can, please keep your eyes open for anything suddently stops
working or starts working oddly as of today in the tray. thanks :)
