Whitespace is a really important issue.
easy to criticize on one way or another, but even easier to get wrong when 
trying to fix it

both in the qt style and in plsma we need some work on a) giving the proper 
space b) properly center and "balance" elements, all works that will result in 
a change of 1-2 pixels, but there 1 pixel more or less could result in looking 
like a fatal mistake :)
i'm willing to spend a bit on time on the plasma side of those issues tough
