Bookmarks plasmoid moved to kdereview

Currently always an icon, as this is enough for my personal use case (I don't 
put stuff on my desktop ;) ).

To make it more "plasmoid" by behaving like e.g. the Folder plasmoid would be 
left for someone else who has his/her itches there, I fear.
