systray misbehaviour on first start

hi....

in case anyone wishes to help track this one down, that'd be great. it's 3:40
am here, i'm pretty tired, have guests arriving tomorrow, er, today and have
already spent a while tracking down some other showstoppers tonight.

on first start (e.g. no prior config), the system tray starts out with an
obviously wrong size here. on restart, it goes to normal. if you open the
config dialog and accept it, it goes to normal. if bool
TaskArea::Private::isTaskProperlyPlaced(Task *task) always returns false, it
also works.

that's as far as i've gotten at this point, but i can't stay awake any longer
today and i won't have time to work on it later in the day.

btw, merry christmas, or whatever you celebreate. or if you don't: happy
winter time! unless you're in the southern hemi, in which case: screw you, i'm
tired of the rainy winter weather here already. ;P
