Picture Frame plasmoid

Instead of restricting the user to specific pictures of the day, why not
open it up and allow an image URL?

I've been looking for a plasmoid that will allow me to display the latest
view of an image (from a webcam off the internet), and while "Scripted
Image" is available, it has a bad memory leak and the author is currently
unsure of how to fix it.

I think this ability would make a fine plasmoid even finer...
