activity switching during logout

it does if such a window is associated (even temporarily) with the new 
activity.

if the rule is simply this: "If on (sub-)session close, a window enters a 
session-close-confirmation state, move that window into the now-current 
activity [until the confirmation state is complete]", i think it covers all 
possible situations.
